Kyoto Microcomputer Co., Ltd. (KMC) today announced an Platinum Partner agreement with Symbian Ltd. and will develop JTAG ICE and debugger products for Symbian OS, the market leading open OS for smartphones.
Porting KMC's advanced debugger 'PARTNER' to support Symbian OS enables developers and hardware manufacturers to debug Symbian OS based applications using KMC's flagship JTAG ICE 'PARTNET-Jet' series while significantly reducing development time and costs.
Porting KMC's advanced debugger 'PARTNER' to support Symbian OS enables developers and hardware manufacturers to debug Symbian OS based applications using KMC's flagship JTAG ICE 'PARTNET-Jet' series while significantly reducing development time and costs.
Users of 'PARTMER-Jet' series can also debug Symbian OS based applications by purchasing additional copy of 'PARTNER' debuggers for Symbian OS.
The PARTMER-Jet can debug target boards with multi-core processor just with single JTAG connection.
